How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Our standard processing time is 5 to 10 business days. Most of our products are made to order, which means we begin production once your order is confirmed and payment has cleared. During busy periods — such as seasonal events or promotional sales — this can extend by a further 3 to 5 business days. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if there’s a significant delay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
It depends on whether production has started. If you contact us quickly at legal at jotjunkies.com, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before we begin making your item. Once production is underway, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes, as the item is already being created specifically for you. For standard made-to-order products without customisation (such as notepads), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order — see our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer personalised or custom products?
Yes! Our Personalised Envelopes service lets you choose exactly what you want your cash stuffing envelopes labelled for — just tell us your savings goals and we’ll create them for you. Several other products, such as the binders and accessories, are available in a choice of colours. Where a colour choice or customisation option is available, it will be shown clearly on the product listing.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to UK addresses only — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We don’t offer international shipping at this time. If you’d like to be notified if this changes, feel free to get in touch.
How long does delivery take once my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as high postal volumes or adverse weather, can occasionally cause delays.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a dispatch notification by email once your order is on its way. Where tracking is available, we’ll include the details in that email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t heard from us within your expected processing window.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please get in touch with us at legal at jotjunkies.com with your order number. We’ll look into it and liaise with the carrier on your behalf. Claims for lost parcels must be raised within 28 days of the dispatch date.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
This depends on the type of product. For products made to your specification — for example, where you’ve chosen a colour option — we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, as these are produced specifically for you. For standard made-to-order products without personalisation (such as notepads), you do have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, at your own cost. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re really sorry if that happens — it’s not the experience we want for you. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if you’ve received the wrong product, please email us at refunds at jotjunkies.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo where possible. We’ll review your request and come back to you within 5 business days with a resolution, which may be a repair, replacement, or refund.
How do I start a return?
Always contact us first — please don’t send items back without getting written authorisation from us. Email refunds at jotjunkies.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. We’ll confirm whether the return is approved and provide next steps. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
What is the Realms system?
The Realms system is our unique approach to budgeting — designed especially for people with irregular income, like freelancers, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs. Rather than using a traditional spreadsheet, the Realms method divides your money into separate ‘realms’: personal spending, business expenses, savings, investments, bullion, and a safe reserve. You can use it with physical cash or alongside your digital banking. The binders, envelopes, money markers, dashboards, and tracker cards in the shop are all part of this system, and the Realms Budget & Personal Workbook walks you through it step by step.
I’m new to cash stuffing — where should I start?
A great starting point is the Realms Budget & Personal Workbook, which explains the system from scratch and helps you work out your essential numbers. From there, the Personal Binder Bundle or Business Binder Bundle gives you everything you need to get going physically: a binder, envelopes, dashboards, and tracker cards. If you want the full setup in one go, the Complete Budget Bundle covers both personal and business finances and includes all the money markers too.

Are the handmade jewellery charms restocked once they’re sold out?
No — each charm is genuinely one-of-a-kind and handmade, so once a design sells out, it’s gone. That’s part of what makes them special. If you spot one you love, don’t wait too long. We do add new designs from time to time, so it’s always worth checking back.
Are there more products coming to the shop?
Yes, quite a few! We have a lot in the pipeline, particularly around expanding the Realms range into a fuller planning ecosystem — products that work together to take you from your daily routine through to your longer-term financial goals.
